Optimization Wellness provides wellness education, coaching and support. Website content and coaching do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, replace care from a qualified healthcare professional, or create a physician-patient relationship. 3. Using our website
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, completing a form or placing an order. Do not misuse another person’s information, submit harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website’s operation. The membership terms apply to membership enrollment; visiting this website or submitting a general inquiry does not by itself enroll you in a paid membership.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
